This week, CCC Training completed an upstream financing course for a leading international law firm. Covering the development of upstream financing techniques; debt sizing and key documentation issues for Reserve Based Lending facilities; and the fundamentals of Pre-Payment and Pre-Export Financing, the course was delivered as three 90-minute webinars to delegates ranging from Senior Partners to Associates. The course was tailored to the client’s particular specification, with theory complemented by specifically-designed case study analysis.
Delivered jointly by Calvin Walker and Ian Cogswell, the programme provided a unique insight into upstream financing from both a legal and a lending perspective.
This course demonstrated the ability of CCC Training to design bespoke training courses delivered by a combination of experienced Project Finance professionals with relevant practical knowledge.
