We assume little or no prior knowledge so the course works well for complete beginners, but it will also benefit those who have been working in the sector for a few years.
The toolbox has three parts:
- Toolbox Part 1 – Project Risk Analysis, Mitigation & Allocation;
- Toolbox Part 2 – Debt Sizing & Structuring;
- Toolbox Part 3 – Project Finance Loan Documentation.
The course has a clear, effective structure and uses diagrams and checklists to allow you to absorb information quickly. It has been designed by practitioners for practitioners. It is modular, with 10 modules in total, each of which has a workbook. These workbooks build into a project finance manual, which we are sure you will come back to time after time in your work. Each module also has videos for you to view and a quiz to allow you to test your new skills. We use a detailed and very realistic case study to reinforce what you have learned and to tie together the three parts of the toolbox.
You can study this course as an individual, working at your own pace and fitting in your study around your other commitments.

In such cases we usually release the modules at regular intervals in line with a schedule agreed with the client – typically one module every two weeks.
