  • CCC Training currently operates a free service but reserves the right to begin charging you for all or part of its services or to introduce a chargeable premium service or content. Cancellation Policy and Mode of Delivery

  • Our public courses are delivered as live interactive webinars over the Zoom platform for which registered delegates will be provided with a unique meeting ID and password.
  • Any person who has purchased a place on a Public Course may transfer his/her place to a third party upto 48 hours before the commencement date of the Course by notifying the proposed transfer by email to info@ccctraining.org  .  Cancellations must be made in writing by email to info@ccctraining.org at least 14 days prior to the commencement date of the relevant Course .  A full refund less a 10% administration charge will be payable in respect of valid cancellations.
