This course has been designed to introduce participants with little or no prior knowledge of datacentres projects to the necessary requirements for raising project finance debt for these assets.

Participants will learn about the key properties of datacentres as an asset class with specific features of financing,
as well as market dynamics.

Subsequently, they will be guided through the lenders’ approach to analysing the risks that are specific to these
projects, as well as understanding the various mitigation strategies available.

Finally, participants will learn about pricing dynamics, current outlook for data centres, and typical loan structures.
