Philosophy South Coast Medical Service Aboriginal Corporation (SCMSAC) is a community controlled organisation that services the Aboriginal people of the Shoalhaven area. The doctors are well supported with a practice manager, 2 registered nurses and an Aboriginal health practitioner as well as access to podiatrist, dentist, family support workers, D&A councillors and mental health workers all within the service. We have a transport service for appointments both within and outside the Shoalhaven area to assist our clients to attend appointments. The three clinics also have visiting eye clinics, dieticians and diabetic educators via partnerships with the local health district, Medicare local and ICEE.
